Cook Travel was awesome. They made planning my destination wedding at Sandals Whitehouse completely stress-free. They handled everything and even hand delivered our trip itinerary and tickets all the way to Nashville. Our travel agent Cindy created a custom destination wedding and honeymoon for us based on our desires and it turned out amazing. She even got us a cheaper rate than when we booked it ourselves since Cook Travel is a preferred SandalsResorts Travel Agency. Our wedding was beautiful and it was all thanks to wonderful people at Cook Travel.
We couldn’t have asked for a better destination wedding and honeymoon than what we experienced at Sandals Negril. The resort was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the wedding staff so generously helpful. It ended up storming and raining the entire afternoon of our wedding so the beach-style wedding we had planned was out of the question but the staff did a fabulous job of keeping the wedding party calm as they seamlessly transitioned everything to beautiful indoor settings. Our Minister helped continue the stress-free vibe by keeping the entire group laughing. Negril is known for their sunsets but as you can see in our pictures the sunset that resulted after the stormy afternoon was unbelievably stunning! We received so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception all were. The music kept the entire group on their feet until we were danced out! The food served for our rehearsal dinner, wedding reception and honeymoon dinner were all delicious, as was every meal enjoyed throughout our 8 day stay.
We felt absolutely spoiled staying in a Honeymoon suite that came with the exceptional Butler service. Our butlers did an amazing job of tending to our every wish and desire in order to allow us to enjoy every moment together. Our room was large, comfortable and always tended to in a very romantic manner. We thoroughly enjoyed many snorkeling trips with the ever entertaining boat captain, Smiley, and kayaking and paddle boarding around together whenever the mood struck. The staff was very entertaining and we participated in (and won) many poolside competitions. Part of our group also took an off-resort excursion to Rick’s Cafe where we saw another beautiful sunset and Heath dove off a very high cliff into the cove where he ended up losing his (less than 24 hour old) wedding ring at the bottom of the ocean. Thanks to the local and skilled Jamaicans, they were able to recover and return his brand new wedding ring!
We highly recommend Sandals Negril for your wedding and/or honeymoon as it was the most perfect time we could have ever imagined! We could have NEVER pulled off our stunning wedding and honeymoon trip, with a large group of 38 guests, without the endless help and negotiations of Peter and Sally. Thanks, y’all!

Adam of the Unites States Marine Corp. was on assignment, Elisa and her Mom, Penny, came to our office and met with Sally,our Owner, and began to plan their wedding. Adam participated as much as he could with the wedding plans from overseas. They chose what they thought would be a perfect wedding date. Weeks before their wedding, Adam received word that his leave would be cut short because of a new assignment. Sally and Cindy jumped into action and with the understanding of Sandals, changes were made with no additional costs. Their wedding date arrived!
